Permanent pricing is available when you keep your subscription active & automatically renewing every year during renewal season (September). All season subscription seats not auto-renewed prior to October 1st will automatically be released.
Permanent pricing is available when you do not allow your subscription to cease for any reason (non-payment, failed payment for any reason including card expiration, cancelation of subscription, etc.)
Permanent pricing is automated. You'll be charged the same price every single year, automatically, in September. You'll never pay more as long as you are actively subscribed to the automated subscription you sign up for today.
Cancelation is easy, just send an email to us on or before August 20th. Once your subscription has auto-renewed, it is non-refundable.
Please note when purchasing with friends: if you want to purchase season subscriptions together with friends, we recommend purchasing subscriptions individually (or only with your spouse/life partner) and then coordinating sitting together when we ask your seating preferences. If you purchase season subscription memberships together with friends, if the main purchaser cancels or allows their card to expire, all subscribers will lose their permanent pricing. Season Subscription Memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable. You may give your individual show tickets to anyone, however your subscription can not be transferred to anyone. Season Subscription Membership contact details must remain under one person, the paying member. Full name, credit/debit card details, snail mail address, phone number, and email must all be directly owned by the paying subscriber member.
Season subscriptions are only available through our auto-renewal program. We do not offer and you can not purchase a season subscription without automatic renewal. If you do not want automatic renewal, please purchase a show pass or individual tickets to our shows. Show passes go on sale beginning in January and individual tickets go on sale beginning in April.
