We perform at the 1,200 seat Schuler Performing Arts Center in Boswell Hall on the North Idaho College campus.
Ticket prices include a $7.50 per ticket fee + 6% Idaho sales tax
Seating requests & choosing specific seats are not available for individual ticket purchases. You'll be seated by our ticketing specialist in best available within the seating tier you purchase. If you want to sit by someone specific, please purchase your tickets together in one single purchase.
Seating requests are only available for our season subscriber members for additional tickets they purchase under their membership.
All ticket purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable (whether seats, performances, or shows) for any reason.
For seating tiers Producer's Club (VIP), Premium, and Tier 2, your ticket confirmation, including your seat assignment, will come via email within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). You can access your tickets via mobile or you may pick up your tickets at will call up to 90 minutes prior to performance.
For seating Tier 3, your tickets will be available at will call 90 minutes prior to the ticketed performance.
If you're using a coupon, please note that coupon codes are not valid on Sunday matinee performances and are not valid on already discounted Senior/Military tickets.

Show titles, performance dates, artists, and creative teams are subject to change.
All tickets will be sent via mobile/printable ticket or held at will call and available 90 minutes prior to performance for pickup. Tickets are not available to be snail mailed. A seat designated ticket is required for admittance into performances.
Ticket holders to performances that are canceled by Coeur d'Alene Summer Theatre for any reason will be transferred to another performance (when available) or given a credit in the amount of the ticket purchase. No refunds will be issued.
All purchases are final. No refunds, no returns, no exchanges allowed. Season Subscriber Members may exchange tickets from one performance to another within the same show as an exclusive members-only benefit.
Whether you purchase online or in person, a nominal ticketing fee and 6% Idaho sales tax are applied to all ticket purchases. There are no additional 'online fees' when purchasing online and no reduction of ticketing fees when purchasing in person.
If you choose not to attend a performance for which you have a ticket, no refunds or exchanges will be given.
All seats are assigned by our ticket specialists on a first come, first served basis, based on your purchase tier. Seating requests and seat selection is not available for individual or group tickets. Season Subscribers are able to choose their season seats as an exclusive members-only benefit.
Seating needs for the ASL section or an empty Wheelchair space are made on the ticket purchase page.
We are unable to hold seats without payment. Payment is required to secure seats.
Our main stage summer season performances are held at the Schuler Performing Arts Center (SPAC) at Boswell Hall at North Idaho College (NIC). We do not have offices at Schuler Performing Arts Center. SPAC does not allow food or drink (other than a closed water bottle) inside of the auditorium. Please note that the auditorium does get chilly, so plan accordingly.
Our fall fundraiser is held at the Best Western Coeur d'Alene Inn. We do not have offices at the Best Western Coeur d'Alene Inn.
Our Studio Stage performances are held at our headquarters at 4951 N. Building Center Drive Suite #108, Coeur d'Alene Idaho. The Studio Stage lobby is open just prior to scheduled events.
Discounts and coupons may not be combined. Coupon codes are valid for specific performances (please see the details that came with your code).
Seniors are classified as age 65 and older. Please bring an ID when redeeming your ticket.
Military discounts are for active duty military members. Please bring an ID when redeeming your ticket.
Student rush tickets are available to all students. Students over the age of 16 must bring a current student ID. Student rush is available 60 minutes prior to show-time at any performance and students may purchase up to (2) Tier 3 tickets at a 50% discount.
Group tickets are available for groups of 10 or more, beginning in March. Group tickets are available for Tier 2 seating only and are not combinable with other discounts or coupons.
Children under the age of 5 are not permitted at performances. Additionally, everyone, regardless of age, must have a seat designated ticket. Patrons who are smaller must sit in their own designated seat, no lap sitting is allowed. At times we may offer a special performance open to all ages.
Patrons using wheelchairs: the main stage performance venue has accessibility seating available for patrons using wheelchairs as their seat. Accessibility seating spaces have up to 3 companion seats available per space.
Wheelchair users transferring from their chair to a traditional seat are required to place the unused wheelchair in designated areas only.
Patrons using walkers: When not in use, all walkers must be placed in designated areas only.
Hearing devices are available at each performance and may be picked up in the Box Office. An ID or Credit Card is required to hold the device while it's in use during the performance and will be returned to you upon the return of the hearing device at the end of the performance.
We offer an ASL Interpreted performance for each of our 3 main stage shows. Our ASL performances are held on the first Sunday of each show run. Details can be found on the ticket page for each show.
