How many tickets qualify as a group? 

A minimum of 10 tickets is all it takes to qualify as a group. Gather your friends, family, or colleagues, and enjoy the show together with our special group benefits!

What discounts are available for groups? 

We offer great savings for groups! Get 15% off for 10-19 tickets, 25% off for 20-49 tickets, or 35% off for 50-99 tickets. These discounts apply to our Tier 3 seating —perfect for enjoying the show together at a fantastic rate.

Which seats are available for group tickets? 

Group tickets are available in our Tier 3 seating, specially reserved to keep your party together with a great view of the stage. It’s the perfect spot for groups to enjoy the performance at our discounted rates.

Can I get group discounts for a different seating section? 

Group discounts are exclusive to our Tier 3 seating, where we can ensure your party sits together and enjoys the show at a great rate. Other seating sections don’t qualify for group pricing, but you’re welcome to explore individual ticket options for those areas.

Can we choose our seats together? 

Group tickets in Tier 3 are fully assigned to keep your party together. You can’t pick specific seats, but we’ll place your group in the best available spots within that tier to enjoy the show as a unit, based on availability when you book.

Can you accommodate special mobility needs or wheelchair seating for our group? 

Yes, we always accommodate special needs and wheelchair seating in Tier 3! We have designated wheelchair spaces and companion seats available, but due to their specific locations, your group may need to be split into smaller sections to ensure everyone’s comfort and accessibility. We’ll work with you to find the best arrangement possible!

How far in advance do I need to book group tickets? 

We highly recommend booking your group tickets at least 4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and Tier 3 seating. Booking early ensures everything’s set for your party, but we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows.

Are there restrictions on certain performances 

Group discounts in Tier 3 apply to nearly all performances, except for Sunday matinees, which are not eligible. Other than that, you’re free to pick your date and enjoy the show with your group!

What's the payment process like? 

We prefer full payment at the time of booking to lock in your Tier 3 seats and keep things straightforward for your group. That said, we understand plans can vary, so we’ll try to offer flexibility when possible—just let us know your needs when you reserve!

Are seats held or assigned before payment? 

No, seats in Tier 3 are not held or assigned until full payment is received. Once your payment is processed, we’ll secure the best available spots for your group, ensuring you’re all set to enjoy the show together!

Are there any extra perks for groups? 

Absolutely! Beyond enjoying the show together at a great discount in Tier 3, your group gets a 10% discount voucher for individual tickets to a future performance, plus a $1 off coupon for a treat at our gift shop during the show. It’s our way of making your night even sweeter!

What happens if someone cancels? 

Once your group tickets are booked and paid in Tier 3, we’re unable to offer refunds or reduce the group size if someone cancels. We recommend filling the spot with another friend if possible, as your seats are secured as a full set!

Can we add more people later? 

Yes, you can add more people to your group after booking if there’s availability in Tier 3 at the time of your request. You’ll need to pay for the additional tickets upfront, and they’ll qualify for the same group rate (15% off for 10-19, 25% off for 20-49, or 35% off for 50-99). We’ll do our best to seat everyone together, though it’s not guaranteed if the section fills up. To purchase these add-ons, please email our group coordinator, Ashley Tetzlaff, directly! Note that no changes can be made within 7 days of the performance, so plan ahead!

Are there deadlines for making changes to my group booking? 

Yes, no changes can be made to your group booking within 7 days of the performance. This includes adding people or adjusting your reservation, so we recommend finalizing your plans early to secure your Tier 3 seats!

Is there a group coordinator we'll work with? 

Yes, your group will work with our dedicated coordinator, Ashley Tetzlaff! She’s your main contact, here to help secure your Tier 3 seats and ensure your booking goes smoothly from start to finish.

How do I get confirmation and tickets after booking our group? 

After you pay in full by clicking the link on this page, you’ll receive a payment receipt. Our box office will then email you when your group tickets are ready for pickup, typically available on or after June 1st and about 7 days from your purchase date. You can also pick up your Tier 3 group tickets at will call on the day of the performance!
