Bravo! Our Fundraiser Hits an Encore

With Deepest Gratitude

We are absolutely blown away by the generosity of our community!  On September 26, 2025, over 150 amazing supporters joined us for a night of fun, community and the joy of musical theatre. And the standing ovation-worthy news? We didn't just meet our $100,000 goal...drum roll please...we raised over $200,000!

An Evening Full of Fun & Festivities

The night was packed with activities that had everyone celebrating: 

• Carnival Games: Guests played classic carnival games that awarded tickets which were redeemed at our prize table.

• Our candy bar was stocked with delicious goodies

• Raffles: Guests tried their luck at our two raffles hoping to win the tower of booze or a chance at a pick of the live auction items

• Tap Lessons: Our Director of Education, Shoshana Rubli, got guests moving as they learned the art of the tap. 

• Costume Contest: Our winner, dressed as Elsa, took home Anastasia's music box, a prop from the stage of this last summer's performance of Anastasia. 

Auction Highlights: Standing Ovation Worthy Items

Our silent and live auctions were full of exclusive experiences that could make any theatre lover swoon: 

• A Walk-On Role in Next Season's Show: This sparked a playful bidding war between two of our board members. Truly a scene stealer! (stay tuned to find out WHO will make a special guest appearance and WHICH show it will be!)

• Multiple Exclusive Experiences to Coeur d'Alene Summer Theatre including events with live performances of our own professional performers!

• Two other experiences exclusive to our event: Bubbles & Airstream Picnic, and a Wood-Fired Gourmet Pizza Extravaganza!

Community Support: The True Leading Role

With over 70 generous sponsors and event donors, this fundraiser proved that it truly takes a village to raise the curtain. Between our silent auction, live auction, and the paddle raise, our audience knew what to do when we made "the ask" and generously donated. Every act of support hit the right note, and helped us to surpass our massive goal.
