Coeur d'Alene, Idaho – North Idaho College Theatre Department and Coeur d'Alene Summer Theatre are proud to announce a unique collaboration for their upcoming production of Clue: The Musical. This marks the first partnership between the two organizations, offering collegiate training alongside industry professionals, creating a tremendous opportunity for college students and community performers ages 16-106.

“We’ve enjoyed being at North Idaho College for our summer professional shows, and this is the next logical step in furthering the missions of both organizations while enhancing the skills of performers, techs and crew throughout our region,” said Chuck Ethridge, Executive Artistic Director.

This partnership between North Idaho College Theatre Department and Coeur d’Alene Summer Theatre highlights the shared commitment of both organizations in fostering local talent and enhancing the performing arts community in Coeur d'Alene. By combining professional-level expertise with educational opportunities, this collaboration offers performers a solid foundation for their theatrical careers and provides the local community with exceptional entertainment.

The collaboration allows both organizations to expand their footprint, share resources, and train up artists both on and off the stage, while simultaneously delighting the Coeur d’Alene community.

Set to entertain audiences, Clue: The Musical brings the popular board game to life on stage. With its interactive format that invites audience members to help solve the mystery of who killed Mr. Boddy, in what room, and with what weapon, the musical promises to be a thrilling, fun-filled experience for most everyone.

North Idaho College Theatre Department and Coeur d’Alene Summer Theatre are seeking performers from both the college and the local community to join this production. This project offers performers the chance to blend artistry with educational training, providing a rewarding experience to showcase their skills on and off the stage.

Based on the internationally popular board game, Clue: The Musical features a colorful cast of familiar characters such as Miss Scarlet, Colonel Mustard, and Professor Plum. The show is an interactive experience, where the audience participates in uncovering the solution to the classic whodunit. With multiple possible endings, no performance will be the same, making it an exciting, unique event each night.
